We received a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view with a balcony in the Ocean Tower which was so beautiful. Very clean and the beach access was perfect.

Beautiful accommodations with a beautiful room and bathroom. Wonderful amenities complete with two pools and two hot tubs, luxurious spa facilities located within the hotel, high-value dining experiences, and a high-value beach side experience as well. Cleaning staff was lovely, friendly, and thorough. Front desk staff were wonderfully helpful.

The property was awesome. There was plenty of security so it was safe. The beach was clean and comfortable. The location was mid-beach so it wasn’t loud, crowded and action packed like South Beach.
